Select the sharpening services you need. Complete the online order form (1 order per shear), providing details about your shear and any notes. If you need loaner shears to use while we sharpen your tools, you can request them during ordering.

Send Us Your Tools

Once you've placed your order, we’ll send you pre-paid postage and shipping materials. If you've requested loaner shears, we'll include them. Simply wipe-down and pack your shears in the labeled protective envelope, attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package, and ship it back to us.

Step 3

We Sharpen and Return Your Shears

Once your tools arrive, an I.S.S.A. Certified sharpener will carefully inspect, disassemble, disinfect, clean all parts, make minor repairs, lubricate, sharpen, and test to optimize their performance. You'll receive a video link for your sharpening session. After the sharpening process, we’ll promptly ship your tools back to you with specific notes for each shear, along with instructions for returning any requested loaner shears. Routinely on the same day if received by 10am.

Do you offer loaner shears while mine are being sharpened?

Yes! We provide quality loaner shears along with pre-paid materials so you can continue working without interruption while we sharpen and care for your tools.

How long does the sharpening process take?

Our goal is to go from you ordering to receiving your shears back in 5 days. Shipping takes 2 days on both sides and we try to sharpen and ship back the same day we receive your shears. That said, it can be longer based on weather and other delays. We provide detailed tracking and status of your shears during the entire process.

What types of shears do you sharpen?

We sharpen a wide range of shears, including professional styling shears, texturizing shears, curved, left-handed, grooming shears, and more! If you’re unsure, contact us to confirm we can handle your specific tools.
